🤍 Can I cancel my order?
Once we have received your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. We regret to inform that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
🤍 Can I change my order after it has been placed?
As we work swiftly to process and ship your order, we regret to inform you that it is not possible for us to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. Therefore, before you process your order and payment, do check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction.
🤍Regular Parcel Packaging/Gift Box Packaging
You will receive your order in regular SF Express box packaging. For the best quality and hygiene protection, each product is sealed separately in an individual bag after our internal QC team’s quality check. Gift box packaging with greeting card writing service is available at HKD78 as an option. We use a standard premium gray gift box with a string ribbon as gift packaging. Check the box “Giftbox Packaging $78” and fill in your greeting card message when checkout.
🤍Exchange & Return policy
We hope you love everything you order with Baby Button®, as so many of our customers do! We examined our products carefully to ensure there is no defect before we ship. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org for the record. Mail us the parcel within 10 days of purchase along with the original receipt. For a full refund we ask that items be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including tags, and returned within 10 days of purchase. We do charge a flat HKD80 shipping cost to return the item this amount is deducted from the amount returned to you.
Non-returnable items include those purchased on sale and discount code orders. We also do not accept socks, swimwear, and all accessories refund based on hygiene reason.

We currently accept all major credit/debit cards. Alternatively, members can opt to pay via PayPal(only available in selected countries) or PayME of HSBC.
